    Yes, you can request to cancel your order. However, please note that a 10-15% cancellation fee will be charged because our team starts working on your order (manufacturing, packing, shipping planning) immediately after payment.

    After your order is processed, we will send you a tracking number by email or WhatsApp. You can use it to monitor your delivery status anytime.

    For most local products: 3 working days inside UAE.
    For imported products: 7 to 20 days depending on the item and origin.
    We will keep you updated on the expected delivery date after you place your order.
