Order Cancellation
- If you cancel your order after payment, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged.
- This fee covers the processing, manufacturing, packaging, and shipping planning that begins immediately after your order is confirmed.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible by contacting our customer support team.
Returns and Exchanges
- Products can be returned only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- Return requests must be made within 48 hours after receiving the product.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Please provide photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product when requesting a return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or special-order products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Products imported from other countries on customer request are also non-returnable unless faulty.
Refund Process
- Once your return is approved and the product is received back, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 7 to 14 working days.
- Please note, shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Important Notes
- Products that are returned damaged (not due to shipping) or used will not be eligible for a refund.
- If the returned item does not meet the conditions above, Emirati Go reserves the right to reject the return or apply additional charges.
