  • If you cancel your order after payment, a 15% cancellation fee will apply to cover the costs already incurred.

5. Delivery

  • Standard Delivery Time: 3 working days within the UAE.
  • Imported Products: May take between 7 to 20 days depending on product and supplier location.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
